If I were to describe myself in a sound-byte, this is it - I'm a polymath , a person known to draw on complex bodies of knowledge to solve specific problems

If you have time for more, here’s the full story.

about

I’m a Double Degree Student studying Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University.

My special sauce? As a polymath, I integrate complex bodies of knowledge ranging from art and design to neuroscience and human psychology, to build technology that elevates the human experience and solves social problems.

My background is as varied as my interests.

The travels I was very privileged to take part in exposed me to the many wonders of the world. These unique traditions and artwork influence my work daily. However, travelling also showed me the many dark sides of life as well, the inequalities around the world. Seeing this inequalities first hand have shaped me into a person who is extremely passionate about doing social good.

From a very young age, I’ve had a deep desire to make a difference in the world by helping underprivileged communities. These days, I'm working on a non-profit that I founded to help mitigate the spread of MERS, a deadly coronavirus in developing countries. I'm also the CMO of Clove, an initiative to help consumers shop more sustainably.

I’m passionate about working with people and organizations that are looking to make a difference in their communities and our world. My user-centric, data-driven approach focuses on creating behavioural shifts that meet ethical user and business goals.

I'm a Canadian of Pakistani origins, who grew up in Oman, attended an international school with 70 different nationalities and has travelled to 27 countries (and counting!)
